Dr. Shobha Menon, is a figure known for her achievements in the fields of Psychology and Education.Her journey however is not only about academic excellence it is also about overcoming life-threatening challenges, turning her into an inspirational role model for many. She has to her credit a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology and an M.Phil from the University of Mumbai, followed by a Doctorate in Management Studies from SNDT University.Her passion for guiding and molding young minds led her to a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling, equipping her with the skills to provide invaluable support to students seeking guidance in their educational journey.

Over the years, she has accumulated extensive work experience, having served as a faculty in Industrial Psychology at Cosmopolitan’s Valia College of Commerce and Arts for two decades. and as a Principal for eight years.
