Upon acceptance, students receive a letter of approval that serves as their visa and allows entry through checkpoints. Additionally, a student pass is required for a Singapore visa, which must be applied for at least two months prior to the course commencement. The Student’s Pass Online Application & Registration System (SOLAR) facilitates this process. A student pass permits part-time work during term time, limited to 16 hours per week, and full-time work during holidays.
